Sustainable tourism development is becoming more and more important especially for heritage tourism destinations. Substantial research has been conducted in the field of sustainable tourism implementation in many European countries. However, there are very few studies considering development in Bulgaria particularly from the standpoint of stakeholders.
The study illustrates through various literatures and inspects the interconnection between brand personality, CRM practices and multi-cultural differentiation elements. There were 11 participants involved in the semi-structured interviews for the research process, of which all have previously worked or are currently working at international hotel brand property. Switzerland consists of various multi-cultural backgrounds, which operate in the hospitality industrial sector of the country. Within the hospitality sector of Switzerland, many international hotel brands operate, out of which 4 hotel properties were chosen for collecting the data necessary for the study.
In developing countries, the link between tourism development and community participation has become a recurrent motive over the years, even though the applicability of the concept is still debatable. Hence, by taking the case of Tahiti, the research aims to critically analyse the distribution of power between locals and other industry stakeholders and how the balance has shifted over the years, emphasising on the possible reasons why community inclusion within tourism development encounters limitations.

In accordance, this research strives to analyse methods organisations have applied to overcome cases of sexual harassment in Barcelona.
Understanding entrepreneurship is an essential step in order to survive the competitive environment of Delhi’s hospitality businesses. However, there is a lack of research on how entrepreneurs’ typologies influence their strategies in order to have a competitive hospitality business. By referring to the secondary research such as books and academic journals, the findings of this research have concluded that the main factors that influence entrepreneurs’ strategies are personality traits and the environment, which will determine the course of their strategies. However, the research has identified a deviation in the course of strategy implementation, coming as a result of lack of management skills of Delhi’s entrepreneurs.
This paper will seek to evaluate how hospitality internships have had an effect on the career development of students in Singapore. It will be done through a collection of studies; firstly by evaluating the quality of internship programmes from students perspective. The contribution of internship programmes on a student’s willingness to perform in the field will be assessed by the loyalty theory, the theory of reasoned action and planned behaviour and the expectancy theory. This will then be reflected upon how internship experiences contribute to the formulation of specific career aspirations in Singapore. In a series of findings it was discovered that the expectations and demands of interns were influenced by their perception of the quality of internship programmes and that generational differences of employers and interns affected the motivations of interns.
HRM Approaches started play an important role in hospitality so as to increase the competitive advantages (Storey, 2007; Ottensmeyer, 1996). This research seeks to investigate the implementation of HRM Approach in Sofitel So Mauritius from both management and R&F staffs perspectives, as well as the challenges occurred.
