The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Work Performance in Ibis Hotels in Russia.
The paper discusses the interrelation between emotional intelligence (EI) and work performance of Ibis Hotels employees in Russia. EI is a widely discussed topic recently, and many implications of it on the individual’s private life and work can be identified. It is important to understand the nature and practical application of such a concept as EI and its influence on the job performance of employees on different levels in hospitality organization, however the empirical research in this particular area is limited.
